Collections are a flexible tool in Stageforced used to suggest combining like items. You can add matching tables into a collection, put an entire room together in a collection, or even create new uses for them in your system! Collections show as you're selecting products and can be helpful to remind you of matching pieces.
Stageforce comes pre-loaded with categories for your products and rooms to be staged. It also includes a Main Warehouse as well as a testing house for users to learn the system. Red flags for products are also in place for you to use.
For each location in your system with products in Selected or Staged you are able to pull Rental, Sale, Cost and Admin Reports. The reports are calculated off of values that you input for individual products when you created them. The rental report can be used to rent furniture to other stagers, or to calculate a price per month. The sales report can be used when a client asks to buy your staging items.
Stageforce has many way to manage your inventory. The main products page allows you to search using keywords in the products name, exact tag numbers, where the product it staged/stored, and by categroy and subcategory. Easily drill down to find the item you're looking for.
Take advantage of Stageforce's online product movement technology. Shop and choose items to see them appear in "Selected". Have your stage hands load them onto the moving truck and move them to "Located for Staging". Scan the home with the RFID scanner once its staged and the products will move into "Staged". Upon destage, use the scanner to move items back to the Main Warehouse, or have your crew move items into "Located for Destaging" as they load the truck back up. The system automatically creates a History for any items staged in the home!
See precise staging history for each item at each home it was staged at. The use time is accurate down to the hour, and showing you exact details for times it was selected, located, staged, and destaged. You can see how often you use the item and compare that to the product's price to determine if you're getting a positive return on investment. This will also show you what items in your inventory you aren't using as much, letting you make room for new styles!
